December 19, 2015 - Northsound Throwdown
Mt. Baker CrossFit, in Burlington, WA, is hosting a throwdown with the goal of raising funds to provide coats for area children through Operation WARM and support the needs of families at Seattle Children's Hospital. The Burlington Professional Firefighters Local 4111 and Skagit County Paramedics Association Local 3427, along with Mount Baker CrossFit, are hosting this fundraiser with events and activities for all abilities.
January 10, 2016 - Gains for Good
CrossFit Loft, in Seattle, WA, is hosting their 2nd annual Gains for Good competition. This family-friendly event will feature workouts for Rx and Scaled partners as well as a Silent Auction to help raise funds for their cause.
